Our mission
Firmify was built with one goal: to make company registration in Bulgaria accessible to everyone. Instead of paying hundreds of euros in legal fees and waiting for days, you enter the details and we generate all required documents — memorandum of association, declarations, specimen signature and A4 application.
How it works
The platform guides users through a step-by-step wizard that collects the required data. After you complete the form and pay, the system generates a full document package. You sign with a QES and submit in the Trade Register portal — Firmify does not file on your behalf.
