The five questions that stop most people before registering.
Firmify cannot guarantee registration — the decision belongs to the registry officer. The pack is generated according to Trade Register requirements (including a working checklist/inventory for the A4 application), and the checks aim to remove common errors. If the register returns the application with remarks, the documents can be corrected and filed again.
Firmify: €39 for EOOD or €59 for OOD. On top: notary 10–15 EUR, escrow account 5–10 EUR and the Trade Register state fee of 28.12 EUR for electronic filing. Total for EOOD: approximately €82.12–€92.12.
For a standard EOOD or OOD registration — no. The pack is generated automatically with no separate Firmify lawyer fee. For foreign or corporate founders, complex clauses or AD registration we recommend individual legal advice.
Yes. The pack is signed remotely with a QES — Evrotrust or B-Trust, where enabled. Notarial certification of the specimen signature remains mandatory: it is the only in-person visit in the process.
You fill in the data in the wizard and the pack is generated immediately. Mistake before signing? Correct the data and generate again. If the Trade Register returns the application, the pack can be corrected and re-filed — re-filing may mean paying state fees again.
