Partnership terms

1. The Program

The Firmify partner program allows accountants, lawyers and consultants to refer their clients to the platform and earn a commission for every successful payment from a referred client. Participation is free and voluntary.

2. How it works

1. Submit an application and wait for approval from the Firmify team.
2. After approval, you receive a unique referral link (e.g. firmify.bg/register?ref=REF-XXXXXXXX).
3. Share the link with clients who register through it.
4. For every Firmify service payment made by a referred client, you earn a commission.

3. Commission structure

The standard commission is 20% of the net value of each successful payment — company registration, VAT, BULSTAT, amendments, share transfers, dissolution, legal documents, HR documents and Compliance monitoring subscription.

The commission is calculated based on the actual amount paid (after any discounts) and is reflected in real time in your partner profile.

Firmify reserves the right to change the commission rate with 30 days' notice. The change does not affect already accumulated earnings.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are made on request, after reaching a minimum threshold of €20.
• Payments are processed manually by the administrator within 10 business days.
• The standard method is bank transfer (IBAN) in euros.
• The partner is responsible for declaring the received income to the tax authorities.

5. Partner obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile.
• Do not use misleading or unfair advertising.
• Do not abuse the referral link (e.g. self-referral).
• Notify Firmify of any changes to company or contact details.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time without notice. Upon termination, the partner receives all accumulated and unpaid commissions in the next payout cycle.

Firmify may suspend an account for violation of terms without obligation to pay future commissions.

7. Liability

Firmify is not liable for the decisions or actions of clients referred by the partner. The partner acts as an independent intermediary and does not represent Firmify in any way.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of a dispute, the parties will seek amicable resolution.
