Firmify public procurement radar — how it works
Public procurement is a real growth channel for many businesses — but finding the right tender at the right time is a challenge. Firmify now offers a public procurement radar: automated monitoring of TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) filtered by your CPV profile and keywords, directly from your dashboard.
What it looks like in practice
Consider an IT company that provides web system development services. Instead of reviewing hundreds of TED notices every day, the manager sets up a profile with two CPV codes (72212000 for application development, 72413000 for web development) and two keywords (information system, web platform).
On the next data refresh, the system reviews available notices, calculates a score for each, and surfaces only those with sufficiently high relevance. The result: instead of 500+ records a day — 5–12 specific notices per week, sorted by score.
Steps from zero to matches
- Sign in and open Public procurement from the dashboard menu
- Enter CPV codes — the numeric codes for your sector (e.g.
72212000) - Add keywords — words typical in relevant notice titles (e.g.
development, system) - Click "Save profile" — the system calculates and displays matches immediately
- Review the details of each notice — you see the buyer, CPV, deadline, and score
- Save or hide notices to organise the list
For additional insight on a specific notice, click AI assist — the draft generates a summary, requirement ideas, and sample questions. The draft is an assistive tool, not legal advice.
What the radar does NOT do
Firmify never participates in procedures on your behalf. It does not submit bids, communicate with buyers, or sign anything. The product is purely advisory — you find the relevant tenders and every next step remains entirely yours.
Official deadlines and participation conditions are always in the procedure documentation on TED or the buyer's portal.
How to get access
The feature is in pilot phase. If you see Public procurement in your dashboard, you already have access. If not — contact us from the support page.
For packages with additional support (specific tender analysis, document checklist, partner coordination), see Firmify Tenders.
