Filing amendments with the Commercial Register is mandatory whenever company details change — address, manager, capital, name or business activity. In Sofia this is done by submitting an A15 application to the Registry Agency.

The deadline is 7 days after the governing body adopts a resolution. Missing the deadline may result in administrative penalties.
