Application A15 — Amendments to EOOD/OOD
Amending Registered Circumstances in the Trade Register (Application A15)
Any change in the circumstances entered during company registration must be reported to the Trade Register (Търговски регистър). Whether you are changing the address, manager, capital, or company name — application A15 is used for this purpose.
What Is Application A15?
Application A15 (officially called "Application for entry of circumstances regarding a limited liability company") is the mandatory application through which EOODs and OODs file amendments with the Trade Register.
The legal basis is Art. 119(2) and Art. 119(5) of the Commerce Act — every entered circumstance that changes must be filed for entry within 7 days of the change.
Which Changes Require A15?
Application A15 is filed for:

The full document package depends on the type of change:
For a change of manager:
- Application A15
- Resolution of the sole owner / Minutes of the General Meeting
- Updated Articles of Association / Articles of Partnership (if the manager clause is being changed)
- Declaration under Art. 141(8) of the Commerce Act (new manager)
- Declaration under Art. 142 of the Commerce Act (new manager)
- Notarially certified specimen of the new manager
For a change of address:
- Application A15
- Resolution of the sole owner / Minutes of the General Meeting
- Updated Articles of Association / Articles of Partnership
For a change of capital:
- Application A15
- Resolution / Minutes with a decision to amend the capital
- Updated Articles of Association / Articles of Partnership
- Accounting confirmation (for increases)
For EUR redenomination:
- Application A15
- Resolution for redenomination

Step-by-Step Procedure
- Adopt a resolution — the sole owner (or General Meeting for OOD) makes a written decision on the change

EUR Redenomination
With the adoption of the euro in Bulgaria (2026), companies with capital in BGN redenominated their capital to EUR at the official exchange rate (1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN). New incorporations are now directly in EUR.
