Introduction

What you are buying
The pack bundles automated drafting help consisting of:
- TED-derived headings (notice title, publication reference, contracting authority labels, deadlines when present).
- Workspace task narrative rendered into DOCX scaffolding.

Order lifecycle
ProcurementDocPackOrder states inside the dashboard:

Stripe webhooks reconcile PAID independently of whether the Hosted Checkout redirect tab stays open.
Rare infrastructure failures flip to FAILED—recover by contacting Firmify Ops with Stripe session identifiers.

Stripe checkout

STRIPE_PRICE_ID_PROCUREMENT_DOC_PACKbound to Stripe dashboard catalogue. - Checkout uses Hosted Page for PCI scope minimisation on Firmify infra.
- Metadata records
paymentType=procurement_doc_packtying session back to procurement order identifiers. - Webhook handler finalises
PAID+ timestamps identical to optimistic browser confirmation.
Sandbox / Dev helpers
Outside production engineers may shortcut with Dev: mark paid—never confuse that with taxpayer journeys.
Generation & download
- After PAID, press Generate once per revision cycle requiring refreshed DOCX artefacts.
- Storage path resolves under guarded
storage/procurement/<case>/<order>/. - Download proxies read-only ZIP stream respecting auth rules.
Repeat generation when payloads materially change—the render step is deterministic for the encrypted payload snapshot.

Firmify encrypts form payloads at persistence time; zipped DOCX artefacts remain private blobs until authorised download endpoints stream them.

Firmify is not a law firm. Procurement regulation complexity exceeds templates—consult licensed counsel specialised in Bulgarian / EU PPP rules whenever stakes warrant.
- No CAIS EOP upload automation ships with this SKU.
- If TED mutates materially post-payment before you regenerate, reconcile manually.
- You remain solely responsible for QES prerequisites, bidder bonds, consortium agreements, annex translations, GDPR transfer obligations, pricing confidentiality, sustainability submissions, SME self-declarations—none of those are magically resolved.
