Firmify Partner Program — Guide

What Is the Partner Program?

The Firmify Partner Program is designed for accountants, lawyers, business consultants, and financial intermediaries who work with entrepreneurs and small businesses. As a partner, you can recommend Firmify to your clients and receive a commission for every successful payment.

Participation is free and entirely voluntary. No upfront investments or monthly subscriptions are required.

How the Program Works

Registration and Approval

1. Create an account on Firmify (if you don't already have one)
2. Submit a partnership application from the application page
3. Wait for approval — the Firmify team reviews applications within 2-3 business days
4. Receive your referral link — a unique URL in the form firmify.bg/register?ref=REF-XXXXXXXX

Referring Clients

After approval, share your referral link with clients who want to register a company or use another Firmify service. When a client registers through your link and pays for a service — you receive a commission.

There is no limit on the number of clients you can refer.

Partner Dashboard

In your profile, you will find:

• Referral link — ready to share
• Client list — who registered through you
• Revenue — detailed commission breakdown
• Payout status — history and current balance

Commission Structure

The standard commission is 20% of the net value of every successful payment from a referred client. The commission covers all Firmify services:

The commission is calculated based on the actual amount paid (after discounts) and is reflected in the partner dashboard in real time.

Payouts

• Payouts are made upon request, with a minimum threshold of €20
• Payments are processed within 10 business days
• Standard method: bank transfer (IBAN) in EUR
• The partner is responsible for declaring the income to the NRA
