What CPV is and why it matters
CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary) is the standardised European numeric code system describing the subject matter of every public contract. Every notice on TED and on Bulgaria's ЦАИС ЕОП must carry at least one primary CPV code — without it, a notice cannot be published.

The right CPV code is the foundation of a good radar profile. If the code does not match your actual activity, you will see many irrelevant results or none at all.
72212 catches all application software development contracts, not only those with the exact code 72212000. Use broader prefixes when you want to cast a wider net.How the CPV hierarchy works
Codes are arranged hierarchically. The first two digits define the division (e.g. 45 = construction), the next two the group, followed by class and sub-class. The more digits that match your search, the narrower the result.

Method 2: Look at competitor notices
Find tenders on TED or ЦАИС ЕОП similar to your activity. Check which CPV code they carry — that is a direct pointer for your profile.
