Evrotrust in Firmify
Evrotrust offers a QES (Qualified Electronic Signature) via a mobile app. In Firmify, you can initiate signing through the Evrotrust integration when this option is enabled for the service.
If you see a message that Evrotrust is not enabled (credentials missing), signing via this integration is not available — use another available method or contact support.
Typical Flow
- On the signing screen, select "Electronic signature with Evrotrust."
- Start the process for each document using the buttons in the interface.
- Follow the instructions in the Evrotrust mobile app (open the link, confirm the signature).
- Wait until the status in Firmify shows success for the relevant document.
Response time depends on the network and whether you are logged into the Evrotrust app.
If Something Stalls
- Signing has already been initiated — do not immediately start a new session; wait or refresh the status. A repeated attempt may sometimes return a conflict error.
- No change for a long time — check whether you confirmed the action in the Evrotrust app and whether you have an internet connection.
